The Last Post!

Well, this is the last post of this year.
The Batxillerat is finishing and we will prepare for the selectivity.
If we pass the selectivity, we’ll decide which degree we will do.
And I think that more of us will separate… but there is still the summer!
This summer I will work in the camping and in my free time I will stay with my friends! And we will go to the best parties of the summer!
I think that I will have a long summer!
I hope that you will have a very good summer.
See you! ;)

Good luck"

Mago de Oz in "Barraques" of Figueres!

Yesterday night, I went to barrakes of Figueres with my friends.
In the escenary played "Magö de Oz". "Mägo the Oz" is a Folk rock and Heavy metal band from Vallecas (Madrid) that it was formed in mid-1988 by drummer Txus. In 1992, the band was finalists in the "Villa de Madrid" contest. They went on to achieve great success in Spain and in 1995 were declared Revolution Rock Band. Around 1996 the band's definitive line up began to emerge. That same year, they began recording the rock opera CD "Jesús de Chamberí”, produced by Alberto Plaza and Mägo de Oz. The CD was released in 1996, through Locomotive Music. The band is well known for the strong Celtic feel to their music, strengthened through their usage of a violinist and flautist. The name for this band was chosen, according to founding member Txus, because "Life is a yellow brick road on which we walk in the company of others, searching for our dreams."The concert was great. Then played an other group of music. After the concerts I stayed all the night with my friends in fires and in a part of grass that there is behind the escenary.
It was a good night.
And Saturday we'll return!
Good night!

Now that’s what you call football! (2-6)

Yesterday, FCBarcelona have won at the Bernabéu with an amazing display of attacking and entertaining football. Henry (2), Puyol, Messi (2) and Piqué scored the goals in a historic victory that leaves the team just five points away from the championship title.
I watched the match with my friends in Baldiri's house, and we celebrated the victory in the "Barraques" of Figueres!!!

Goals:
1-0 Higuaín (min 13)
1-1 Henry (min 17)
1-2 Puyol (min 20)
1-3 Messi (min 35)
2-3 Ramos (min 55)
2-4 Henry (min 58)
2-5 Messi (min 73)
2-6 Piqué (min 82)

Now you can see a video with the goals,
See you;)

The Strokes

The Strokes area n American rock band formed in 1998 in New York City who rose to fame in the early 2000s as a leading group in the garage rock revival. The band consists of Julian Casablancas (lead vocals), Nick Valensi (lead guitar), Albert Hammond, Jr. (rhythm guitar), Nikolai Fraiture (bass guitar) and Fabrizio Moretti (drums and percussion).

In January 2001, The Strokes released a demo EP, The Modern Age, on independent record label Rough Trade. The band signed up with RCA Records, and released their debut LP Is This It in August 2001. Helped by lead single “Hard to Explain”, tha album debuted at number two in the UK and number 33 on the Billboard 200. The group released their next LP, Room on Fire, in October 2003. The album did well on the charts, reaching number two and going platinum in the UK. The band's latest album First Impressions of Earth was released in January 2006.

In my opinion, the best song is “Reptilia” of “Room on Fire”. Now, you can see one video of this song!

See you ;)
